Welcome! I Studied Abroad in Roma, Italia in the Spring of 2008 during my Junior year of college. (January 13-May 14). Not only was I able to emerse myself and experience life as a local, but I had the opportunity to travel and see soo many other European Countries every weekend. This was the most unforgettable and lifechanging experience I could ever ask for. Not only did I make memories I will always cherish, but friends who will last a lifetime. Enjoy looking through the pictures of my travels and becomming familiar with my favorite continent to date, Europe!

Stockholm, Sweden

Take a look at what this beautiful city has to offer! Each European country is so different and unique from the other, it is hard to leave without a good understanding of what Sweden is all about. I am not as familiar with specifics as I am with the other cities, but i will provide pictures so you can learn a little more about Sweden.

A very old but beautiful church

I was suprised to find that Stockholm is very similar to Venice in that it is surrounded by alot of water!

Swedish Parliament

The Culture House. This building is full of cafeteria style restaurants, art galleries, cafes, sitting areas, etc. We needed to kill some time before the airport so we hung out here when it got late. It was a very lively atmosphere.

Looking over the port of Stockholm!

Inside the Vasa Museum. The world's oldest restored warship. This museum was full of clothes, silverware, barrels, etc. It was really interesting to see what life was like on this ship.

The Stockholm Palace! Although royalty no longer lives there, they still continue to do changing of the guards. It is a really cool thing to witness.
